Item(s) that a customer wishes to return must be approved by RxR Performance prior to sending. The amount to be refunded is based on the condition of the item and whether or not it can be resold.
Any products that have been modified from their original appearance or function are not eligible for returns or refunds. Eligibility requires they are in a condition to be restocked and resold.
When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item and the payment method used.
All large items requiring special packaging or a palette are subject to a restocking fee. There is a:
- $40 flat fee for items that have been packed but not left the RxR Performance facility.
- 20% restocking fee for any items returned after having left the RxR Performance facility.
Defective items include any physical item that does not perform as described or has significant alignment or finish issues. This does not apply to tuning.
In the event that you feel an item is defective, please contact RxR Performance to work on a solution to resolve the issue. RxR Performance prides themselves in quality products and wants to do what we can to ensure that is what you’ve received.
In the case of a defective item, as described above, RxR Performance will provide an approximate timeline to handle the exchange. RxR Performance will, in most cases, provide a shipping label to handle the return and pay for additional shipping of the replacement item.
Existing RxR Performance tuning customers are eligible for free calibration updates when purchasing upgrades from RxR Performance, such as exhaust systems, boost increase valves, turbos, etc. This is contingent on all engine upgrades being purchased from RxR Performance and does not cover special, one-off tuning that may be required in some configurations, utilizing products from other companies.
